In order to compile and install Fitter on your system, type the following in
the base directory of the Fitter distribution:
% ./configure % make % make install
To build Fitter with GUI you should install FLTK [29] first.
Second, you should install Gluplot ploting package [30],
since it is used for visualization.
Finally, enable using FLTK libraries while Fitter configuring:
% ./configure --enable-fltk
Since Fitter uses autoconf you should have not trouble
compiling it.
